Nick Diaz went to Guyer High School in Denton but due to an elbow injury in his sophomore year he did not play baseball. After having surgery, Nick decided to focus on training and rehabilitation.

After High School, Nick committed to Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX where he pitched for four years. During his freshman year the Yellow Jackets set a new conference record winning 14 games in a row and claimed 1st place with an impressive record of 17-4. Nick received several Academic All-Conference Awards during his time as a Yellow Jacket. Nick completed his degree in May of 2023 studying kinesiology and biomechanics in hopes to become a Sports Performance Coach. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Nick is available for Pitching, Hitting, Fielding, Catching and Speed & Agility Lessons.
