Kaelyn Cash played softball for Aubrey High School all four years and was part of the 2021 4A Regional Finalist team. Her senior year she was the All-Area Defensive Player of the Year, batting .447 with 32 RBI's and a 98% fielding percentage. She played catcher, third base and all three outfield positions during her time as a Chaparral.

Kaelyn is continuing her softball career at Concordia University-Texas a D3 school in Austin, Texas, where she started 12 games as a freshman and had a 1.000 field percentage.
